    Who is June Skye? top

    June Skye was born out of a love for all things fanciful and fun.  It is inspired by the sweet smell of a carefree summer day and the beauty of a summer sunset.

    What are your shipping policies? top

    We ship via USPS first class and priority mail.  Our items are shipped free unless specified.

    Please refer to the shipping fee chart for estimated shipping charges.

     

    What is your return policy? top

    WE HOPE YOU LIKE IT, BUT RETURNS HAPPEN...

    We sincerely hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied we will gladly accept refunds in accordance with our refund policy:

    Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your item(s)

    Items must be received within 14 calendar days of purchase to receive a refund/exchange

    Items must be in original condition and returned in their original packaging (not previously worn beyond trying on for size, tampered with, etc.)

    June Skye reserves the right to charge a restocking fee if the items are returned in a manner that appears to be something other than what we define as "original condition"

    Please note that the return process must be completed within 7 days after approval or the return is no longer valid.

    June Skye reserves the right to deny a refund if items are not received within a reasonable time frame.

    EXCHANGES

    Because we offer free shipping site-wide and keep our prices low, we are unable to process exchanges.  We do our best to accurately represent the size and features of all of our products.  If you are in need of a different size, please follow the returns process to return any items that didn't work for you and place a new order for a different size.

    Due to the nature of some items, they cannot be returned:

    • Free or promotional items
    • Holiday Items
    • Clearance Items
    • Customized / Personalized Items
    • Digital Items

    If the item is defective due to a quality issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help make it right.

    Please note that all of our personalized items are delicate and we recommend hand washing in a garment bag and hanging to dry or laundering on the lowest heat setting.  Please do not launder our items with other items containing Velcro or similar products. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items that are not laundered according to our recommendations.  We are happy to repair any issues related towel construction.     

     

    ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

    • There are no charges for returns as long as due diligence to properly complete the return process and ship items back in original packaging has been followed.  
    • You are responsible for return ship charges.  Please review the sizing suggestions before placing your order to avoid this fee.
    • Items that are returned not following the instructions listed above will be charged a 20% restocking fee

    HOW DO I RETURN?

    • Use the 'contact us' form and provide your order number and we will provide you with next steps to return your order.

    HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

    • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
    • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.

    STOLEN ITEMS

    All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. In the unfortunate event that an item is stolen, June Skye Clothing Co. is not responsible.

    ORIGINAL PAYMENT

    June Skye will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as the delivery is received, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

    NOTE:

    We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges, if applicable.

    REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

    • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
    • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund.

    HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    We all want our orders to arrive as quickly as possible, for this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please use the 'contact us' form on our site within 3 hours after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel you order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

    Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
